This location is the best. Food cane out hot. Employees were friendly and more than helpful to accommodate my order. I will continue to support this KFC in Kingsport!

Food was fresh when I got in, everything tasted amazing and the service was great as well. I know not every day is gonna be good for workers, but give them smiles and they will do the same.

Store was clean , staff were very friendly and polite , very helpful. Order was correct and fresh, i walked in and was served and out in a flash , food was delicious. Thanks KFC , seems like a wonderful team is in place here

A few times we went through the drive through we would get a meal and order extra sides, check our order it would be short something, Allen the manager is great at his job, always fixed it, not short every time just occasionally
