It's way expensive but I love the food, so I'll give it at least three stars, it's really good food all right

Do not waste your time. My lunch break is from 12:00-1:00. Peak lunch hours. They almost NEVER have anything ready. Spent 20 min in the drive thru, finally got to the order screen, and was told that it would be another 20 min wait on all chicken. In other words 40+ min wait for "fast" food. This is not an isolated incident. It happens a lot at this location. Lady working the drive thru started yelling at me out her window. She suggested that I pack my lunch to work like she does. Great business strategy.

Mrs Joy is the best hands down. She is very sweet Nice kind just wonderful. Her spirit is positive.

I waited 42 minutes for chicken I paid for my order I left went to family Dollars come back and the chicken still wasn't ready the only reason I waited longer because I had already paid for it every time you go to this KFC you got to end up waiting 30 minutes or more for chicken because it's never ready that's why their sales are so freaking low

This place is a joke. They leave door unlocked then tell ppl lobby is closed but yet have friends or other employees just sitting at tables (no mask or distancing) . Then I go to drive thru and told 22mins on ALL chicken at 430pm, guess they didn't realize they were gonna have people asking for chicken at KFC.

Has one person cooking same person taking orders and running the orders. She wasn’t rude at all about the situation it’s sad she has to go through that by herself. No chicken available at all smh

Was out of fried chicken.... Went across the street to Popeyes.
