I think this is the best fast food value there is. Very good most of the time. Every now and then I'll have a bad experience, but for the most part good place to eat.

I was undecided and was directed into a very good meal of chicken and a pot pie. Thank you for the great customer service

Mashed potatoes were watered down, the gravy looked like it had evaporated and the tenders were soggy. Worst ever!!! Worst $52 ever spent.

The location on West Monroe was absolutely deplorable. The food tasted old! And they ran out of chicken! Wasn't the first time either. Would definitely NEVER go back to that location again

The last couple times have definitely not been great. Today, I ordered through the app, for my food to be ready at 5:30... When I arrived (about 5:35) my order wasn't ready on the pickup shelves. The cashier finished taking the order she was working on, asked if I needed help and I informed her of my app order and name. It wasn't until then I noticed them start working on my order. (Not with purpose, either) When they finally handed me my bags, a simple "here you are" was said. I expected a.. "sorry about your wait" or something to that effect. Then I asked "What about my drink" to which she responded " oh, you had a drink?" And handed me a cup. Finally about 5:45, I was on my way home (wondering what the point of setting a pickup time is?) Only to get there and realize they forgot ALL my dipping sauces (including the extra cheese sauce I paid for) but, I had 10+honey and 10+butter packets for 4 biscuits

Was very disappointed.hlft the ff were over cooked and so salty I could barely eat them .didn't ask me if I wanted anything to drink or anything else .the mini chicken sandwich was very good
