The kitchen is extremely inefficient and chaotic. We placed an mobile order that supposed to be ready by 6pm, and not until 6:30 after multiple times of inquiries, they answered that oh the order was ‘lost’

This place has great service not to mention the diners always very clean. There's never a long wait they never get my order wrong. And the staff are very courteous. Not to mention the exterior is very well kept and parking is never a hassle.

Too much oil

The drive thru lady strikes again! I ordered from the app. I pulled into the drive thru there was one car in front of me and one car behind me. She proceeds to hold my bag and looks at me I was trying to get one over her. Asks me my name about three times. She tells me "the pick up is inside because we get busy in the drive thru". I said so all KFC's are different because I went to KFC in Tustin yesterday they didn't have a problem. I guess they feel they are above all the other KFC's. 1. They weren't busy 2. The attitude 3. The food was 2.5/5 I'll drive the extra miles to another KFC for quality food and service. Because nobody is giving me anything free but an attitude NO THANKS. DO BETTER KFC in IRVINE.

This place sucks food is old and not even crispy and it's 8pm 2 hrs before closing and they don't have extra crispy worst kfc

Jose provides the best customer service. He greets everyone the same with such happiness and eagerness to assist. I keep coming back every Tuesday bc of his great customer service . Kudos to Jose!!!

Pretty much every table in the place was dirty and had not been cleaned. When ordering the employee seemed distracted and not focused on taking the order. Once I got my food had to ask again for dipping sauce and when asked for butter any honey the employee just wandered off. Weird smell in the place, Won’t be coming back. Place needs to be maintained better, lots of peeling and missing paint along the inside dining areas

This place is horrible in customer service! I ordered through the app, picked up inside and ask for ranch dressing, the lady that works the drive thru is very rude and unpleasant, wanted me to tell exactly what I ordered for her to give me a dressing as if I couldn’t pay 25 cents if it was needed SMH. Then I tried the drive thru the next time , same lady just had me sitting there and then practically shoved the food bag to me without a thank you or even have a nice day. Why take it out on us you applied for that job. Do better KFC

We ordered food from them last month they got our order wrong, we didn’t complain because we thought they were busy. Tonight we here(irvine Jeffrey location again at 8 pm ordered some food they said , we are out of crispy for the rest of the night we are not cooking anymore ( they close at 10 pm) they cleaned up the restaurant and all lights up front were off. They start shutting down the restaurant 2 hours prior to closing hours.
