KFC

I placed the order yesterday on 7th June, accepted the order but not delivering the order. It's the next day and still I haven't received the order, I am calling them and they are not responding to the call. They are picking up the call and saying it's not KFC. I tried calling the customer care services as well. They are not helpful. I ordered at 8 pm and it was showing me that I will receive by 8:54 but even after 10 I didn't receive and my order was not prepared. Very bad service. KFC is ruining their brand this way. I need my refund now.

Opening timings mentioned as 11 AM but serving started at 12:15 PM. AC also not working properly. Should think before visiting here during summer.

I am take out KFC 10 peace HC on wednesday bucket from here today 22nd May 2024. But in the box i got 8 pices(cheating by staff members) in which 2 small wings. Also there is no ketchup and tissues added. While taking order check if you got correct or not. Not recommended from my side. As cheaters team working here. Here is my order id k578a10521.

Service was worst to the core. No man power to provide ordered food on time. We got a message to whatsApp stating that- your food will be ready in the next 7 mins, but it took more than 40 mins. We suffered a lot. And the chicken was also not cooked properly and has no taste at all.
