Food arrived soggy and drinks taste like mold

Went at 9:20pm and say they couldn’t give me what I asked for currently pregnant and thier excuse was cuz they close in 30 min when google cleary says they close at 10:30 unprofessional business they need to change they hours and if u don’t wanna do your job just say that

Well... KFC is definitely not what is used to be. Prices went up, ok.. but I would expect food to be just as good in quality. Just bring back the Kentucky in KFC.

Chicken was dry and burned. One mashed potato cup had gravy and the other one did not. $ 10 dollars I expected better Service.

El pollo estaba horrible, como que lo frieron nuevamente, un sabor feo. Las mesas estaban muy sucias.

I enjoy eating a meal with family at this location. Thank you for keeping it clean.

Stopped by to pick up dinner, food quality was bad, service the same. Been to other KFC locations and food and service were great.

Usually go to Churches, but haven’t had KFC in a long while! I decided to give it a try. Ordered drive-thru. No greeting, no thank you, no nothing. The female at the window just grabbed my form of payment, gave me my food, and that was it. It wasn’t busy to say that maybe she was in a hurry. Ate my food, and the chicken wasn’t anything I had missed, or was impressed by. It’s no wonder why I’d rather eat Churches. Harlingen KFC = it’s only 9:00 and they have no biscuits and original Chicken ready. They don’t want to have anything ready and why if they close at 10 or 10:30.
