KFC

Pretty weak fast food. I can’t say it’s bad, the burger was... well, normal, but compared to other brands it’s rather weak.

KFC inside the shopping center is managed so poorly that it's always disappointing. Seven people supposedly working at the same time (or pretending to work, it's more like joking around) Forgetting or not taking seriously orders . Always same story!

What has happened to KFC? I used to love going here. Now, it's insanely overpriced and the chicken pieces are an absolute joke. I ordered a 2 piece meal, small popcorn chicken, and the onion ring chicken burger with poutine to feed me and my 2 small children. $42! For 2 meals and a small popcorn chicken. Insane. Price aside, despite ordering a two piece, they charged me for a three piece. Lucky they did, though, because the pieces of chicken are the size of nuggets. They're commically small. I don't know how they can serve this and not feel embarrassed. Popeye's chicken is at least 4-5x bigger and the price is actually cheaper. Oh, and their chicken isn't overcooked and dried out. The taste of the chicken burger and popcorn chicken was ok, and the poutine was good. The chicken itself was too dry to eat alone and I had to let my kids dip it in my poutine gravy/ketchup to give it flavour. Sad. I've honestly had enough with kfc at this point. I am a long time customer and kfc was always a meal I got myself as a treat when I was out and about, but that's the last time I go there. I can't continue to support a business with such little regard for customer satisfaction. I'm done.

Food was very bad . I bought 4 pc chicken combo and popcorn combo. Food was old and my whole family’s stomach got upset. Will not try again. Staff was good. But the food is very bad not even cooked. I think the chicken is expired one

If you want to have a good experience with KFC, avoid this franchise. They behave like they own a different store which is named as “KFC” Not a franchise of KFC. They’ll have an answer “NO” to all the offers available in KFC app, promotional emails and also the menu which is probably available all over the world but not here. They just say “It may be available in other stores but not in ours”. At last you order a Pepsi and there is machine problem How odd! Please save yourself from having bad KFC experience.

I ordered 4pc chkn and request one honey mustard sauce, the employee said no, the 4pc chkn not include any sauce.

Terrible! Your gravy isn’t the same as any other kfc location, you don’t include anything that is paid extra for, and the service is horrible too. Teach people to say hello to their customers instead of just blankly staring at them
