KFC Derby - Somercotes

Regularly use this take away and food is generally ok. Ordered for delivery last night, they accepted the order and the money but later decided to cancel the order without letting me know, which I found to be rude and thoughtless. If you can’t be bothered to deliver, don’t accept the order and have the courtesy of letting the customer know.

I enjoy this KFC staff are always friendly and its not always busy which is a bonus foods always on point also

Absolutely dreadful place. Never got my order as it was given to someone else. Never even got an apology from the manager who issued the refund. In fact, he never even looked up or spoke to me. Shocking place that needs some customer service training.

Went in for a quick dinner with family. Food was ok but it was freezing cold with Aircon blowing. Asked to do something about the temperature but we did dine al fresco... So much that the 5 degrees outside felt warm... No wonders the place was deserted...

Only had a drive thru but the food is always lovely

Have been a regular visitor to somercotes brach for years.but I'd stopped going because every time I went somethings where missing from our meals. We didn't no till we got home so on our next visits we would tell them and never got a reply,So we went yesterday to see if it was any better the answer to that is no,got home and 3 things where missing the food we got was dry and cold,so definitely want be going again.
