Had us wait 5 minutes at order speaker than they said No original recipe for 30 minutes. Unbelievable

Been coming here for years all the employees they hire seem uninterested and rude every time I come in if I have a problem with my order they treat it like it’s my fault the service here is terrible

Was down In Chino and had to stop. They closed down ALL the KFC's in the high desert where we live.

No chicken in one dinner

The young man at the counter was great.. Friendly.& fun.. & really knowledgeable If I remember right he had a hat on. There was like 5 of us & we got a $20 box

That $20 Chicken special was on the cheap side no side were really small they were enough for a midget. Service was on the slow side and every time I go They're either out of butter or they're honey so you got to do a better job there
