KFC Cardiff Gate - M4 Services

Nice efficient KFC in the services. Order via the touch screens, food is ready quickly. There is general services seating area right outside the restaurant. Chips and chicken were hot and freshly cooked. Use the app for rewards and offers.

Order window not open on drive through. 5 mins later some grump tells me go to pickup window. Another 5 mins a guy with less energy than Kevin from Kevin and Perry takes my order. Perry then delivers my order as if I jusy shat on her dog. I dared to ask for some napkins and you’d swear I asked for rights to her first born! Was there an hour before closing technically but seemed like they’d all logged off half day!

Totally unbelievable experience. Blatantly served people in queue BEHIND us as they race matched! Shockingly bad and we walked out in disgust. Staff here desperately need reviewing.
