KFC Basingstoke - The Mall Shopping Centre

Wanted to spend quatility time with wife after work. Although the eating in was closed but excellent service was provided by KFC staff member Heathe. I appreciate Heather's great customer service by allowing me to sit in the eating area with my wife.

I have never had a meal from here that was actually hot. Lukewarm appears to be the best you're going to get, especially with any bone-in chicken, which sucks when you get home and it's now cold. What a shame.

Best KFC in the world (or at least Basingstoke), employee of the century goes to Joe R, was super helpful. I was struggling to order at the kiosk and he helped lots, even went out of his way to open every single door for me (even the toilet). Would highly recommend Joes KFC Wheelchair accessibility: I’m can’t walk after all that great food

Nearly room temperature chicken. Half of the wings had broken bones. Cold, bland chips. Drink had a mouldy aftertaste. Not really sure what happened to this branch but standards have clearly slipped significantly. Quick service, though, even if not particularly friendly.

I always like to try different meals from the menu.
