Made an online order during a $10 8pc bucket special day. Order made at 5:10pm. Arrived at the store with the pickup shelf empty at 5:40pm. Stood at the counter hoping someone hadn't picked up my food. Waited for 11 mins at the counter with staff walking by but without any acknowledgment. Finally someone asked and I let them know that I had made a online order. At 5:55pm my name was called and received my order. Do better at acknowledging customers and with customer service.

I usually have hard times getting great service places and Denise made my day! She was so delightful and cheerful! She even asked how I was doing first before taking my order! She should be Employee of the month. Great work Denise! Thank you for your hospitality. -Lauren Holley

The service was rather slow during my last visit. At least the food was good. Parking: If service is backed up, they will ask for you to park so someone can bring out your order. Wheelchair accessibility: The pedestrian path leading to the doors have ramps, allowing for wheelchair accessibility.
The ladies here are the best! Always enthusiastic and helpful. Always gets the order right. And they're 10X faster than the McDonalds next door.
