staff wandering around sweeping and uninterested when they can see people waiting a long time to be served. Staff in the office watching and laughing. When you finally get served their attitude is worse than the state of the restaurant itself. The time it takes to get a member of staffs attention is enough to have a three course meal. God forbid you need any help with anything. The people that visit that restaurant are just as bad, don’t know how to stop at a zebra crossing to let pedestrians cross. Expectations are already pretty low going into a fast food restaurant, but be prepared to lower it even more and feel like an inconvenience giving them business.
We ordered 3 meals, was ready very quickly but on arriving home one of our boneless chicken meals was broken in to bits as though it had just thrown it in the box and didn't look very appetising and on eating our meals my partner found a long hair in his chicken while it was already in his mouth. Littrally pulled the chicken out of his mouth by the hair, our chips were also cold. Our order came with 2 pepis and a Fanta, not one drink taste of what it should, the pepis taste of Fanta. Have tried to call to speak to someone but nobody answered the phone. We we're Absolutely disgusted with the quality of food served to us this evening, considering you are a well know branded food chain, youd think there would be a good standard quality control implemented.
Really nice food, friendly service, never overcrowded like some fast food restaurants
Worst KFC in the country. My kids love KFC so I come here far too much and every single time without fail they have missed items in the order, whether drive thru or sit in. Always filthy inside also. Say away unless you are roped in by your kids like me.
