Why is the chicken constantly burnt? Are they refrying or is this the way original recipe is now? And the large potatoes and coleslaw were half full... Went back a few days later and chicken on original was burnt again... the same burnt chicken... and half full containers... With food this expensive it's disappointing. But why always burnt chicken.

Absolutely the worst ran fast food place ever. I think a good portion of staff are high on the job. Had to insist to get our drinks from a blank staring girl who didn’t know what planet she was on, and gave us dirty looks when we asked for our drinks. Our potatoes had no gravy and were ice cold. We asked for no wings and got virtually all wings. The Crunchwrap supreme was barely cooked and had fallen apart. When ordering, the guy kept interrupting us and gave us attitude. The worst part is that this is just a drop in a bucket of terrible experiences at this establishment. Thankfully we have a stand alone Taco Bell now which is where my service will be going from now on. If only we could get a new stand alone KFC under different ownership, because whoever is running this restaurant is clueless, and must also be on drugs to think this place is running smoothly.

Over worked employees, ordered 2hours ahead and still sat for 30mins for the good. It takes 20mins for chicken to cook so I can't explain that away. Then the food was cold I just don't get it. Watched 2 people come back in from the drive thru missing items. You need to hire more workers

Worst experience I've ever had I ordered my wife and son two 5 piece chicken tenders and we got our food and it was 5 popcorn chickens each for over 20 bucks so I went in and they straight up lied to my face and said they didn't have tenders which they never told me about..... So I made a scene and all the sudden they had chicken tenders going down and not only did they lie to me there were telling the customers behind me that they didn't have any which also was a lie cause they made me fresh ones after I through a fit..

Ordered door dash with mostly chicken nuggets got they gave me absolutely no sauce even tho I ordered an paid extra for sauce. When I called and asked for the managers name to report where they could improve I got hung up on. Literally so unprofessional an ridiculous. Every time I order from Taco Bell the customer service is absolutely garbage.

Pot pie didn't taste good and the crust was raw on the underside.

Went through drive thru. I don’t live in Bangor. I live in Linneus. So while I was there I wanted a bucket of chicken. I got the 16 piece meal well I was really disappointed when I got home. I got 1 breast 3 thighs and rest wings and legs. And I no that we use to get at least 3 breast 4 thighs and rest legs and wings what I got wasn’t worth the 50.86 I spent.

The young lady that took payment was very rude. I've worked in customer service for 27 years and I've never not said hello to a guest at my business. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said "no thank you", but she handed me a receipt with my card anyway. (no biggie, maybe she knew I would need it later) The gentleman at the pick up window was very nice, but was not very attentive to my order. He gave me my drink with no ice and no dipping sauces for my "12 nugget" order. When I went in to get sauces the person at the counter looked at me and immediately turned their back to me. 2 other employees came by the front where I was standing and finally one of them said "Hi, can I help you". The food sadly was probably the worst part of all. The fries tasted like fish and the 12 nugget order actually consisted of 7 nuggets and some fried bits of breading. The nuggets I did get were ovbiously old, they were rubbery and a few of them were barely even warm. The biscuit was hard like it was a day old too. Thankfully I had some warm soda to wash it all down. I'm seriously disappointed in both the service and the food from my visit last evening. I thought it would be important for someone to know. If you are able to issue a refund, I would be grateful. Otherwise enjoy that $11.33 because that was my last visit.
