Service and location are both great but food quality is not good at all; I would rather say food quality is bad

Great bar ,table service, entertainment on the night was very good, waiting staff very friendly, will be going back on next visit Parking: As it's on the end of pier parking is not possible, there is plenty of parking in nearby car parks

We celebrated multiple birthdays for members of the family on Easter Saturday and had a great time with afternoon tea for about 16 people. We were aged 1 to 91! Several people had allergies and they were well catered for. It was a very successful afternoon. Thank you! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options were available

Have been to many music events at Key West Bar, never fails to deliver with good acts , good atmosphere and excellent service provided with your Red/Green signals for orders on each table, why don't other venues adopt the system, it is so easy and fast, much better than an app ! We didn't eat there this time but the food has always been good on previous visits. The singer, Peter Cooley , was also very good, such a wide range of songs from an acoustic guitar . Be back again soon.

Great service from our initial waitress friendly welcoming and helpful. Ordered our food but once it came the guy with dreadlocks was useless clearly didn't want to be there!! We had 2 meals a pizza and salad, he didn't care flung it in front of us and walked off....not impressed at all terrible attitude. Clearly needs to ship or or ship out!! Dreadful looks so miserable.... lovely place though serving great food all the rest of the staff great
