Overall experience did not pass the vibe check. We had 3 kids, 2 adults, and only 4 drinks; our bill was $54.xx. We could have gone to Golden Corral for cheaper and better food/experience (and with 5 drinks). When we walked in, it was a few minutes before someone came up. The pizza was cold; you could tell it had been sitting up there for a few hours before we served ourselves. The pizzas and ranch were extremely salty! The service I gave 3 stars just because the busboy came and introduced himself and constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything. Normally my kids eat at least 3 slices of pizza and they didn't even finish 1 slice because they themselves did not like it. It takes alot for my kids to say no to any kind of pizza. I even grabbed some dessert-still disappointed. The cinnamon roll was raw in the middle. The chocolate chip dessert thing was dry. We normally don't even do pizza buffets, but we wanted to give this place a try and were not impressed. Honestly, this was such a disappointment. I've heard great things of Ken's (specifically the one in Athens), but this one is definitely not the Ken's that people are recommending. You're better off going to walmart and buying a frozen pizza. Oh, and the bathroom was half decent/clean.

Busboy was legit the only good thing about the place- he kept checking to take our plates so that was the only good thing they had going for them... All the pizza was cold! you're better off buying frozen pizza from a gas station for 2 adults & 3 small kids 4 drinks...$50+ dollars!!! food was SALLLLLLLLLLTYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!! Pizza: salty✅️ Ranch: salty✅️ Water: salty✅️ Air: salty✅️ If I would've tried the dessert, it probably would've tasted Saltyyy! Overall Experience: SALLLLTYYY!!! Vegetarian options: Veggies

We went for a family dinner (about 17) on New Year's Day. It was not busy. Ken's still has one of the best salad bars. Especially for a pizza buffet. Parking: Plenty of parking as it is in a bigger shopping strip. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for kids. Has a game room as well Wheelchair accessibility: My mother-in-law is in a wheelchair. She had no problems getting around, and the bathrooms also accommodated her as well.

A little disappointed in Ken's now. I ordered a crustless pizza and they really messed up the order. Pretty inconsistent.
