I had ordered the balsamic chicken on Uber eats the night before. When it arrived it didn’t have the balsamic sauce on it. After stopping at the restaurant tonight to pick up some sauce to go with the meal I still had at home, Miles the manager was very helpful. Not only did he replace my missing sauce he made me a whole new hot meal. Thank you for the outstanding customer service. The meal was delicious and I will definitely be returning to the restaurant in the future.

Went there on Thursday for half price wings. Our server was great and the wings are fantastic!! Good blue cheese dipping sauce.

Ordered our food then were told it will be longer as the server had a big table ‍♂️ We watched other customers have issues with their food (wait time 45min) then when it came out the burger was cold. Then both people in our party went to the bathrooms and they were in a very bad state. The ban on Kelseys that was lifted will be enforced again. We will take another two years off and maybe in that time they will get their act together. Do not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. The server gabby was not very pleasant. The chicken fingers were very overcooked and way too hot when mild was requested. Also our drinks were wrong to begin with she gave us a water when sprite was requested 2 times. The nachos were damn near plain as well had a drop of of NACHO cheese on them but they are nachos? Would not recommend this place to anyone.

My self and my two kids along with 6 other customers waited at least 10 mins for someone to even appear to greet and seat us. The place was dead, so it’s not like it was busy which would be understandable. Same goes for the services following, so slow, waited so long just for our drinks (which we had to send back for having something floating in it) never mind our food. Just not it. This is our second visit, first time was before reno’s and it was terrible, thought after the revamp we’d have a better experience. It was clean in comparison to before but that’s about it.

6:00 Thursday dine in at the newly renovated restaurant forward. Service and food was good and restaurant environment was nice. Ladies restroom is not updated and regrettably not maintained . Toilet paper not in the dispensary but placed on the toilet tank . There was no paper towels to dry hands and the floors were wet and waste paper bin full. I should have taken a photo because the lack of care is a reflection on the management.

Received order of spinach dip with what should of been fried pita bread. When it arrived by door dash it had tortilla chips (not many) soggy I will add from the condensation. The dip was only partially filled with a tiny bit of cheese in the exact middle of dip. The taste of the dip tasted very off. We have ordered this dip on other occasions with no issues and it does not taste like this. The after taste was terrible. We had 2 orders and no one was able to tolerate any of it. The amount of money spent for this quality of food is disgusting.

So let me start by saying I went in sat with my son and was a horrifying experience! I waited 15 mins and people lined up behind to sit in empty restaurant, while a male server continued to look at us all and say nothing , finally I found someone (the manager ) and was seated and told they were understaffed. I didn't get my drinks till 18 mins after ordering then my app came out as same time as meal , and yet still no drink ! I spoke with manager again and asked him if he needed staff I knew some people , he said at that point they were actually over staffed me and my son were sooooo sick into the night I couldnt go to work the following to say.... Fast forward for the 5 star review today me and my bf stopped in for lunch and drinks , what a great experience I can't remember her name but our waitress long blonde hair was amazing ❤️❤️so fast and attentive, and she actually got the GM for me and I told him what happened whom also seemed horrified by the experience. Today experience was wonderful and food was great
