  Boozy eggnog made by yours truly. The trick with real eggnog is the aging process, so we made this batch back in September. Everything is better with age. Our milk punch is also dairy free, so we use oat milk, coconut milk, and coconut cream. When fridge temp it is pretty firm. Let it come to room temp or run under warm water before serving. Join us for some really fun line ups of our favorite stuff. There really is nothing like tasting a bunch of different spirits side by side to let you really know what you are into.   We are diving deep into the local gem Westland Distillery, with special guest Devin Vilardi, Westland's Brand Ambassador! We will explore this exceptional single malt portfolio, nibble on light food pairings, and absorb Devin and Joey's knowledge about the distillery and its many expressions.   We are pulling out all the stops for our Scotch lovers with this exploration of one of our favorite distilleries, Highland Park! Join us and Brand Ambassador Jamie Buckman as we learn about and savor the delicate flavors of this Orkney Island whiskey. We will start with an Orkney Old Fashioned, then sip on Highland Park's 12 year, 15 year, 18 year, 21 year, and top it off with the crown jewel 25 year. Additional tastes of the Cask Strength and the exceptionally rare The Dark 17 year will be available for purchase at a heavily discounted price to all tasting participants. Light food pairing will be provided, and we will share as much information as we can possibly squeeze into our time. We will dip our toes in with a Classic Laddie cocktail, then taste through the Barley Single Malt 2014, Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2014, Port Heavily Peated Charlotte 18 Year, Octomore 15.1, and the 18 Year. Cocktail Classes
We have been asked for years to launch bartending classes, and we feel like now is the time! Join us to hone your skills and learn to impress your friends while hosting the next big shindig. These classes will set you up for success no matter what level of bartending you are coming to the table with. I mean, come on, it's us...we got you. THINGS TO KNOW 1. Classes will always run on Sundays from noon to 1:30 or 2ish. We want you leaving confident in the material we are covering each class. 2. There will be some snacks provided, think big bad charcuterie board, don't think big bad lunch. 3. We will provide all tools needed, but there will be an option to purchase a bartending kit to take home. If that doesn't tickle your fancy there will be the option to buy from our retail selection if you are in need of gear. 4. We encourage taking the classes in order... 5.
