10/29 FOOD QUALITY AND SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN. MGR JASMINE CANT SEEM TO FIX POACHED EGG COOKING ISSUE AND WAS REFUSED OWNERS CONTACT. GIVEN USELESS WEB ADDRESS.
We will miss Wanda but not paying for the downgrade in quality for a 30.00 breakfast. This last time the eggs and pancakes were served not even warm it was left long time by jasmine as she has struggled to fix the inability staff to make med poached eggs.
We tried this place and found out that the food is much better and so is the service and people. That atmosphere is very relaxing. We love.
Wanda she was fabulous so very good care of us. And the reason why we came back. The food has always been perfect every time. I did Not have to ask for crispy bacon. As for other places you have to. It surely beats the Breakfast Station.
Great food and all staff, including the manager go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. The manager is hands on providing assistance to the servers and goes around making sure customers have what they need. Great customer service and food.
I went to the location in Brooksville a couple of weeks ago and I’ve been craving the grilled chicken Cesar salad ever since. Went in to this location closer to my house instead and these restaurants share a name and menu but not much else. Out of lemons, fine no biggie. Then my salad comes out with extra grilled chicken like I asked and extra dressing which I didn’t ask for but it’s soaked in dressing with more dressing on the side and had apparently been sitting because the lettuce was warm and soggy. After two bites I couldn’t stomach it and requested a fresh salad. The second one came out with dressing on the side, no Parmesan cheese and lettuce in not much better state of freshness but still edible. Chicken was a weird texture and the salad was half the size of the one I had in Brooksville with maybe three croutons and no Parmesan cheese. Whatever I was hungry and finished my salad. The waitress was young and obviously inexperienced and kept forgetting to give me a fork and kept addressing me from behind. After I finished she plopped my check down without even bothering to ask if I needed anything else. I normally love Keke’s and also travel to the ones in Lutz, Carrollwood and Orlando but I’ll avoid this one in the future. It’s a shame because I was so excited to have them in the neighborhood but if you can’t bother with fresh produce and struggle to make a Cesear salad I’ll pay for on overpriced salad in Brooksville from now on.
Great food great service great price
Food was 10/10 Service was great and the cleanliness was top-tier. I’ve never seen someone pull out the booths just to sweep underneath them…
We went for brunch on Saturday. They weren't very busy, and the service was very good. The food was mediocre at best and the prices were quite high. I had the eggs Benedict nothing special for $14.95. My wife had an omelette and the toast was barely toast. She liked it, but nothing special. It's a franchise and there are much better brunch options in the area that are locally owned. We gave it a shot, but we won't be back.
Had the best server but food was so cold. First timers here too
They were out of everything. Chocolate milk, regular milk, lemons, sour cream, cottage cheese. And while the waitress was nice, when the food came out, everything was super dry. Very poor experience.
The staff are attentive and friendly. The restaurant has a clean, open and airy atmosphere. The food is great and large portions. We will definitely be back.
KeKe's is THE BEST. Great food, awesome environment and everybody is super cool. Glad I found this place. Now I'm a regular and recommend them in the highest!
A very rushed experience as there was 4 people that stopped to ask how everything was as soon as I got my food and coffee within a span of 4 minutes. After that I never saw another person or my server until she came by with the check. I was going to ask for another cup of coffee but she didn’t return until she came back with my card. She offered it in a to-go cup, dropped it off with no stirring stick or spoon. Asked the hostess for either and waited until my to-go coffee got cold and had to remind her again and had another waitress at the register say “why didn’t you say anything” when I had in fact precisely asked the hostess previously… This location didn’t meet my expectations in terms of customer experience and proper hospitality. Aside from service, the food looked good, but my waffle was undercooked and not even golden. My eggs were covered in oil. Had they allowed me to set my coffee up and taste my food they would’ve known that. Overall an impersonal experience. I did not have that Keke’s Breakfast Cafe experience I’m used to. Could be locations… 🤷🏽♀️ This location was disappointing to say the least, however the fruit did make up for the lack of quality and rushed experience so I’ll give it a 2.
Wow!! What an absolute treat! Came for breakfast to catch up with some friends and was impressed! The service is what really stood out- our waitress Wanda was the most amazing person and she was very friendly and sweet and I wish she was my grandma, she was so warm and real and deserves all the love. The food was delicious and portion sizes were huge. Prices were reasonable too. Felt very comfortable, it was clean and a little chilly but comfortable. Many servers offered coffee refills throughout the meal!
My family and I went to Keke's for the first time this morning and we will definitely be going back frequently. We were taken care of by the wonderful Wanda, she was so helpful, quick, and friendly and every host and server we interacted with along with her created such an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere. Everything we ordered was amazing and fresh, I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict, any of the French toast or waffles options, and the omelets. My complements to the chefs and my praise those who hosted and served us. To anyone who's been thinking about going here, do it!
I never go out for breakfast and after today's experience I will definitely NEVER go here again!! Let me begin by saying that we sat down at 1025am. Server took 5 minutes to get to table which is completely fine. We ordered everything at 10:30am then at 11:10am, 20 minutes after taking order and still no food! The Server came to table to apologize because our ordered was put in under training mode which means it was never sent to the kitchen. Ok fine things happen and she said that it was on the fly. Unfortunately it still took another 20 minutes. My sandwich wasn't great! It was cold and for $14 it hardly had meat in between two very dry pieces of bread. Also want to add that it truly tasted like the refrigerator because it was probably old meat!!
Not one manager came to our table to apologize for it taking so long so I couldn't even tell them how awful everything was.
Honestly I wanted to leave before getting our food because i had now been sitting for 45 minutes but unfortunately I was in a hard situation because our electricity has been out since 11pm night before due to the storm.
This will be the last time I ever go to this restaurant!!!
We had a delicious eggs Benedict breakfast with flavorful hot coffee, and a side of French toast, everything was so yummy and our servers were very friendly and we are looking forward to coming back and trying more breakfast options! We highly recommend this location!!
Check out their spec I al pesto sauce, with breakfast 😋
Hello and good morning!!! Our experience at this restaurant is unmatched! From the moment I called Jasmine on the phone to wait a table for us, being greeted at walk in, to being seated, served, and greeted good bye! Jasmine was kind enough to reserve a family table for my family and i on my husband’s birthday! While it isn’t required to reserve a table, she did this out of the kindness of her heart. Joshua’s is the manager, and his kind tone and bright smile made me feel so comfortable! He made sure we were comfortable and that things flowed smoothly for us. And now, the star of the show…. Wanda! Wanda’s loving, nurturing, motherly spirit topped the cake for me! From her knowledge of the menu, to her spunky words making us laugh and feel like family! Our drinks came at the same time. And so did our food order! That’s rare! All hot and served correctly to each of us! I was so delighted to have her presence near me. From the “oh that’s not enough butter” joke, to her “damn daddy!” When she found out we have 4 kids. I’m so delighted to have had the pleasure of eating breakfast with such a wonderful team! Wanda also grabbed Joshua and Jasmine and brought them to the table just to get their proper “thank you’s”. We will return to this restaurant! And may you all be blessed triple fold!
My order: blueberry stuffed French toast, turkey sausage and home fries
Hubby: grits, blueberry pancakes, bacon and eggs over medium
Child 1: powdered Belgium waffle, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs
Child 2: buttermilk pancake, bacon, home fries.
Although It would have been nice if it was hot the food was OK. The plate was hot but the food wasn't.
