Our Toro Takaki Bento features finely chopped Toro from sustainably-ranched Bluefin from Mexico. It's served over our sushi rice with ginger, kampyo, nori strips and is then topped with salmon eggs, masago and cucumber. The Bento also includes two salads: Namasu: Daikon and carrot salad pickled in sweetened vinegar. Hiyashi: Seaweed and Kikurage marinated in sweetened sesame oil.
