Sweet and tangy liver pate sauce for Lechon Kawali or just about anything else

(10 )Fried Chinese inspired mini egg rolls filled with pork, diced onions, carrots, water chestnut, and spices served with sweet and sour sauce.

Pork in egg noodles sautéed with garlic and onions in a pork broth.

Thin rice noodles wok tossed with julienned celery, onions, carrots, cabbage, and peapods served with pork.

We start by marinating pork belly and steaming it for 2.5 hours before deep frying it to a crisp. We then add bokchoy, eggplant. onions, green beans, and garlic to our rich & hearty Kare-Kare peanut sauce. When all is said in done, we combine the best of both worlds to create Bagnet Kare-Kare. We serve it with a scoop of steamed white rice and a side of savory Bagaoong (shrimp paste).

Served with eggs and garlic fried rice. Longanisa and tocino, over easy eggs and garlic fried rice. Served with garlic vinegar.
