Diced potatoes in a creamy sauce topped with cheese. But, the "secret ingredient" is what takes these taters over the top! A Katie's Kitchen staple.

A southern tradition! Cornbread, onion, celery, sage, salt and pepper. Super moist and not too sage-y.

Whipped carrots with butter, sugar, and eggs. Bakes up light and fluffy.

Squash, with onions, peppers, cheese, eggs, stuffing, salt and pepper.

Baked and whipped north Mississippi sweet potatoes with butter, sugar and vanilla. The topping of coconut, pecans and brown sugar for the perfect sweet crunch come on the side!

This might be Katie's favorite. Cheesy rice mixed with plenty of broccoli.

Creamed spinach with a cheesy, garlicky kick! Soooo good.

This might be Katie's favorite . Cheesy rice mixed with tender broccoli.

Traditional Carrot cake with cream cheese icing. It is garnished with chopped pecans, but none on the inside.

One of our favorite dips! Serve alongside a bowl of good salsa and a bowl of sour cream for a nice flavor combo. Sturdy chip required.

Sausage, cheese, and country white bread in an egg and milk mixture. Bakes up like a beautiful soufflé.

Diced country white bread covered in an egg custard with cream cheese, vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon, half and half and milk. Great with powdered sugar or more maple syrup drizzled over the top!

We could eat this for every meal! Shredded hashbrown potatoes, butter, sour cream, sautéed onions and cheddar cheese.

Go ahead...try our garlic and cheddar cheese grits. They'll turn even the fussiest eater into a "cheese grit" lover!

Also known as a Spanish Tortilla, diced potatoes we mix with sautéed onion, garlic and colored peppers. Then we cover in an egg souffle and top with cheese and bacon. It comes in a Medium pan to be cut in wedges like a quiche. Savory and delicious.
