Kalama's Kuisine is a Catering, Food Truck and Restaurant business located in Waipahu, Oahu, Hawaii. Specializing in a wide variety of Kuisines to please your palate. Most all of our dishes have a root in Hawaii with flavors form around the world. Living in the South for quite a few years has shaped our menu to include dishes like Kauai Shrimp and Grits and Smoked Brisket Bao Buns. Spending a little time in Louisiana (Metairie to be exact) has given us a taste of Cajun and Creole Cuisine that we incorporate into a lot of our dishes. We also keep try to our Hawaii Regional Cuisine with dishes like Kimchi Mac and Cheese Smoked Meat Fried Noodles. Our versatility is sure please most all palates.
