Bad customer service.. The waitress took an extended period to acknowledge our presence, and we experienced further frustration during the billing process, which also took an unreasonable amount of time. The food also fell short of expectations in taste. The waitress spilled rasam on our table and showed no concern or initiative to clean it up or provide a tissue.
