Ramen Chef (Tomo) Nishimura managed his first Ramen restaurant, Ryowa Ramen in North CAL in 1997 upon training in Tokyo Japan in his earlier age. Following over 20 years of success, Chef Tomo decided relocate back to his birth place Los Angeles and train outside of his family's business to study about more of managing skills. After several years working under different owners . Finally building his skills to operate and brush up his ability to make the Ramen soup , base , noodles from scratch . He has finally accomplished to create the Ramen that will be accepted in any location.
