Kahai Kitchen opened in the summer of 2006 as a Catering company before eventually serving plate lunches. Over the years, we've earned a loyal following. Our customers are generally people who appreciate local favorites done right, culinary classics, innovative specials, and the variety of our daily fixed menu; and have described us as ..."gourmet style, restaurant quality food served on a paper plate." Kahai Kitchen is also a Trusted Honolulu Caterer. We've done events as small as 10, as large as over 1,000 and everything in between.
