I come here all the time and I almost never have issues at this location. Most of the time they are super friendly and make drinks quickly and accurately. Today I sat in line for almost 20 minutes and when the attendant came out and asked what I wanted, I asked for two 24 oz drinks. While I was waiting I downloaded the app so I could get the BOGO free promotion. When I get to the window I show the barcode and pay for the discounted drinks, but then the attendant hands me two 16 oz drinks, not what I asked for. I told her this and she said "I thought you asked for 16 oz, thats what I charged you for. Do you want me to remake it?" I didn't have time to wait for them to remake it since I had perishables in the car, but the correct response should have been, "I'm so sorry I misheard you, I'll remake that right away at no charge". Sucks I had to use the BOGO promotion on that when it wasn't what i asked for.

Fast service and my smoothie was yummy

Wow. These girls were HUSTLING today and deposit me and my best friend never being to a juice stop, they didn’t rush us or give any attitude when we needed a moment. Even whipping through the drive thru they handled that!! And the smoothie was FANTASTIC!!! We will totally be back.

We had a very large order that was absolutely perfect and our names were on each cup for easy distribution. Ashley and Emily we very happy to be of assistance and so helpful!
