Welcome to Jubilee Joe's, where our goal is to offer a memorable experience influenced by the spirit of Louisiana. Indulge in the rich flavors of our dishes, enjoy exceptional service, and most importantly, cherish the company you keep. - Kash History: Back in 2004, Kash and some classmates decided to plan a restaurant for their senior-level marketing class at UAB. The project took the full course of the semester and after several grueling months of research they came up with an idea to start a seafood restaurant with a beach feel. After Hurricane Katrina they focused on Cajun food. Struggles included the BP Oil Spill, the economy crashing and eventually Covid. We're still here today thanks to our strong community!
