The best "mexican" food ever. I drive many states away to come to Gringo's I love the thin shells, the thin cheese, the sauce. Everything tastes soooo good.

Gringos is the best at what they do here in Joplin. I've have a long term relationship with their yummy food. It was my sister's HS job; then became my daughters HS job. Prices have risen considerably, though; good thing their Beef Quesadilla is big enough for 2 ppl.

Won't go anywhere else for fast food Mexican there portions are very good you get what you pay for there very friendly too
