BURGERS. DOGS. ITALIAN BEEF. SAUSAGE... Many Chicagoland natives make up Longmont’s diverse community, and Jonathan Bjorgo is no exception. The Windy City native grew up on Chicago’s street fair, and dreamed of opening his very own hot dog joint since he was a young kid. Unable to resist the lure of the Rocky Mountains, Jon leapt at the opportunity to serve Longmont’s community with Chicago’s finest street fare: Chicago Style Vienna Beef Hot Dogs, Authentic Italian Beef, Potato Fries, Tots and other take-out greats. We are now conveniently located in front of the Copper Sky Distillery still providing our great food for lunch and dinner.
