Sumatran coffees are inherently earthy, herbaceous, and roasty. This one is naturally processed, which imparts a beautiful fruity overtone to the coffee. We've never seen such care and creativity in a coffee, and are excited to exclusively offer this microlot!
We taste: sweet and savory cup, a structured, mild, wine-like grape acidity, toasted coconut flavors, and a round milk chocolate mouthfeel.
