Johnny's Pizza (Cary)

Horrible experience with the manager at Johnnys Pizza (Cary) tonight. The young woman working the register was professional and kind. There was a mistake with our order. When brought to the managers attention he yelled at the young woman. This is an unprofessional and cruel way to address employees. We will not be returning to Johnny’s Pizza because of this employee mistreatment.

Placed an order through Slice this evening. Was slightly disappointed when the pizza arrived, as my order was mis-read at the restaurant, prepared and delivered. Called Johnny’s and without question, they offered to replace the entire order. Already having received half the order, I simply requested a new pie. The wonderful folks at Johnny’s were quick to make it right! Thanks again y’all!

What a great place. Shout out to Justin. He made us feel like family. He really elevated our experience. Everything was amazing, the pizza, mozzarella sticks, wings, salad. This is a real Pizzeria. No shortage of items on the menu here, something for even the pickiest eaters to find. Thank you for having us, we will be back!

Met Johnny personally in the lifetime sauna after me and my friends were debating where we wanted to eat. He recommended his own shop. Came in and was given the upmost respect and served the best food. I loved meeting Johnny but Justin in the store really took care of us! New go to spot for sure! I hope yall get the same experience we got!
