John Papas Cafe

John Papas opened his Greek restaurant in East Hampton over 20 years ago and it remains one of the most popular restaurants with locals. There’s a group of folks who sit down for coffee as soon as John Papas opens at 7am. The restaurant, known for its home style cooking, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served all day, but the menu also has Greek specialties such as moussaka, souvlaki and gyros.
