Do not understand how this place got such high ratings. They definitely are not even close to good. Ordered from Grubhub 2 full rack of ribs dinners, baked potato with both, beans with one, slaw with the other. Also a half rack and coconut shrimp with jojos and macaroni salad. Bag showed up with no beans, no jojos, and no shrimp. Called the restaurant and they said if I wanted to drive there they could fix it and then when I said that's 30 minutes round trip for me they said it was Grubhubs fault...like the Grubhub driver prepares the food and loads the bag. Ribs were tough and rubbery. Only thing ok was the macaroni salad and slaw. As for the beans, jojos, and shrimp? We'll never know...but I'm sure those would have been gross too.

Perfect place to stop for a quick excellent meal. Been a customer for over 30 yrs!

The food was fine (though I didn't realize until arriving home that I was missing some side toppings), but the service at the North location tends to come with...attitude. At least in my experience. The staff at the South location is generally friendlier.

Ordered a pork dinner and a pittmaster bbq salad with pork. Salad was literally just pork and lettuce with salad dressing on the side, nothing else. Ordered it as take out so didn't realize until I was home 10 miles outside of Rochester.
