A restaurant by Chef Evelyn Garcia and Chef Henry Lu. Explores the story of both chefs upbringing in a diverse household; surrounded by different people, food and culture. Garcia growing up in Houston Texas and Lu growing up in the Bronx NY, they want to share their life experiences through food at Jūn. Jūn is a celebration of our differences and funky flavors coming together through the lens of “New Asian American” food. The name Jūn (pronounced June) is a tribute to the Month, when some very important people were born. They are the reason this restaurant is coming to life (Including Chef Evelyn being born in June). It is all a dedication to how important our family is to us. With that we want to welcome you to our extend home at JŪN
