JINYA Ramen Bar - Bellevue

Ramen broth was bland and the noodles didn't have the springiness that I personally like. I didn't particularly like the toppings that came with the ramen. I feel like they were a weird choice.. the place could also use a dusting but the staff was kind and attentive. Altogether a bit overpriced for what you're getting.

Super leckeres Essen. Die Präsentation und der Geschmack von dem Pork Bun war absolut großartig. Bei den Ramen gibt es zwei verschiedene Varianten, dünne Nudeln und etwas dickere. Auch wenn das Gericht eine Variante vorschreibt, kann man nachfragen, ob man sie tauschen kann. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm. Wenn ich in der Nähe wohnen würde, käme ich definitiv öfter hierher.

I love this place

This used to be my favorite place for vegan ramen until tonight...I've been vegan for over 6 years and was given pork gyozas instead of impossible. When I realized it was pork they took it back but didn't really seem to care. So disappointing. People can get sick from that. I hope I dont.
