Newyork style pizzeria offering whole pizzas and by the slice. Our dough is slowly aged for 72 hours using Organic Central Milling flour, Sicilian sea salt, and mineralized reverse osmosis water. We hand mill all of our fresh packed California tomatoes for the right consistency daily. We use a blend of California and Wisconsin whole milk mozzarellas with a touch of buffalo milk. We bake our pizzas at higher temperatures for the perfect balance of char, crisp, and tenderness.
