I should have gotten the name of the young men that made my sandwiches tonite ! This was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in years ! Excellent customer service and made with love ! Please check your schedule for who was working tonight 10/22 at 630 pm! They are awesome ! Thank you !the bread was so fresh !
Ordered the Jimmy Cubano. Not much on the sandwich. Definitely not worth $9. Very disappointed with the amount.
The staff were great, but management needs to create a better product.
Brendan was super helpful today, I had never been here and was nervous about the process and didn’t know what I wanted and didn’t want to hold anyone up and he walked me through all the details with a smile on his face and also took multiple elderly customers after me and was so super sweet and patient with them. It’s so refreshing to come into an establishment and feel welcomed and not rushed or pressured. The food was amazing and fresh as well

I went here. First of all no one acknowledge me. Second I had to say hello 3 times before the girl in front even looked at me then I look around and everyone else standing around laughing and joking not even a “hi wait one moment” and this was the first time I even been to A Jimmy John’s because people say it’s better then subway well guess I’ll never know cause I’m not going back.

On 5/12/2024 I ordered Jimmy Johns through DoorDash. They called me to let me know that they couldnt deliver my order because they had no drivers. I said ok and the associate disconnected. I immediately called back because the doordash system wouldnt let me cancel the order to get a refund. I let them know and they told me they would cancel it. This should have been done the first time, but ok. 45 min later I get a doordash notification saying that delivery was confirmed. I immediately call back to dispute this as they knew I never recieved my doordash order. The manager on duty told picked up the phone with attitude and comolanined to me how he had customers in the store that needed help then proceeds to tell me I should see a refund like this was my fault. Yet I never received anything and my order still says complete via the app. I will never place an order here again or support a Jimmy Johns. This is sketchy behavior!

I’ll give 3 stars instead of 5 because usually the lady who is there for lunch is on time with my food and is always friendly and greets you with a smile. But lately when she’s not there it’s 2 younger heavy set women whom I could put my order in 20 mins ahead of time and get there and have to tell them my name and as soon as they see it they start making my order right there. Basically defeating the purpose of ordering ahead of time smfh
I placed my order at 3:00pm. I walked in the store and waited. There were 2 people in front of me or placed their order received it within 10 mins. 2 people placed orders after me & received their order 10 mins. When I got there a lady asked my name. The gentleman who bagged my order was more concerned with turn the oven off from beeping then giving me my food. I got my order at 3:25. Insane. You would’ve thought they were busy. 10/10 don’t recommend
DO NOT ORDER FOR WORK LUNCHES from this Location! Ordered Catering Bundle for 16 people and 1 unwich for gluten free employee on a Thursday for a Monday delivery at noon. Food Came at noon minus the unwich. I called at 12:10 and they said they would have it right over the forgot, it was busy. Called at 1:30 no answer, called at 3 and they said they where in the middle of shift change at they would get it over once a driver came in. No apology, no resolution just we where busy and now its shift change. I asked why wouldn't they say they where busy, I could have gone and gotten it or made other arrangements for my employee. Response "Our Bad, we weren't prepared for a big order". Well the Order was made 4 days prior. Food was great that came, but this is the second time ordering with a glitch. First time they didn't realize it was a delivery order till I called 30 minutes after delivery time. They did get it right over, but again they had 3 day notice to read DELIVERY.
Well if you live in an apartment don’t bother ordering delivery because they’ll just leave your food on the dirty ground outside your building and won’t even ring your doorbell to let you know it’s there. Completely ridiculous, it’s not that hard to ring a doorbell. You guys suck.
