This place has the worst service of any jimmy john’s in the entire country - do not even bother trying to get delivery it takes half the day to get your order. Freaky Slow!

So iw ent here after pondering the wise old oak for a couple hours and followed the red river to find the jimmy johns. I was very famished and hunfry and jimmy john touched innapriately. I liked it tho. But he never returned my calls after. Yes food was ok but jimmy john is a player.

Food is fine and they used to be pretty fast. Been ordering on the app now and it’s not ready when I go 20 minutes later. Here now and it’s been 40 minutes since ordering while I stand here and watch them make other online orders

I put an order in through Jimmy John's; however, they used Uber to deliver it. The driver never delivered my meal but changed the status to delivered.

I eat jimmy johns closer to my job not this store. But I’m giving this review based in your driver. The person was driving a black jeep and driving like a complete a-hole. Cut me off with no blinker to get over and then proceeded to do the same further down the road just before pulling into this store location. Get your drivers under control!

Don’t expect fast delivery Waited over 45 minutes for order…delivered somewhere else!

Food quality is always up to par, prices as well, unfortunately their delivery service sucks. "Freakishly fast" , "more like "Hassle and headache". I've decided to get delivery from this particular Jimmy John's because it is only three blocks away from my house, and both times now my order of only one sandwich has taken over an hour to get to me. And then the delivery driver looks crazy when you don't tip? Get it together man y'all a franchise not a mom and pop store.

I really do like Jimmy Johns, but I will never order from them again after experiencing now for a second time very prolonged deliveries that took over one hour. Today’s took a total of 1hr 40 minutes. I’m not even ordering during peak times and for just one sandwich. If you can’t staff your deliveries, then please just discontinue the service or at least maybe communicate with the customer upon ordering that you’re experiencing delays and provide an estimated delivery time. I would’ve just went to the store myself if I knew it was going to take nearly two hours. Freaky fast..more like fabulously failed. *follow up- management reached out to me and gave me a whole whopping $3 off my NEXT order. HAAA!! My order should’ve have been covered for FREE for my terrible experience and I don’t think that’s asking too much, it would’ve been the correct action in my opinion and I might have considered ordering again. No admitting they miserably failed, no statements about improving their process. Just a measly $3 off..woooww. Good luck with your business, forever lost a customer for incredibly poor business practice.

I came in today for lunch and was greeted so nicely. Reggie helped me, answered my questions patiently and with the best smile, and my food was so good. Kudos on adding the new Mediterranean chicken wrap to the menu!! Can’t wait to come back for the tuna :) Thank you!

Walked in looked at the menu an I didn't see pastrami, so someone walked up from the back an said how can I help u?I said do u have pastrami, He looked at me like I ask for a vegan soda...... Service is WACK#NOT LIKE US

Ordered the wrong sub and brought it back and they made me a brand new sub for free. Amazing service.

Love the veggie sandwiches BUT bring sprouts BACK will make it 5 stars when I get sprouts back :)

Just ordered a club tuna for delivery. Upon opening the sandwich I find no tuna whatsoever, just toppings… thanks

Delivery order took over 2 hours to arrived, called the store multiple times and they were no help -- so much for freaky fast...

I placed a last minute large catering order for my colleagues for nurses week and Renee the manager took my order and was super helpful, the food arrived quickly and was well prepared thanks JJ and Renee!
