Jimmy john’s start making tuna when you order no communication with customer if your order take extra long waiting time

My husband ordered us dinner from here on the app tonight a little after 7. We live less than a mile away so it usually takes less than 30 minutes. My husband usually doesn't like to complain so he didn't want to call but after an hour I asked him to call. When he did they told him they only had 2 people working and no delivery drivers so they just didn't make our order or call us to let us know they didn't have drivers. They only thought to offer to make it for pickup after we called to find out what was going on. Terrible customer service!

I usually go to Jimmy John’s on my break because the service is quick. This time was completely different. Took forever to take my card. I had to honk to get them to finally do it. They then took 20 minutes to make my sandwich. They gave me the wrong chips as well. I was annoyed and grabbed the bag quickly. The worker then told me “there’s no need for all of that”. There’s no need for yall to take so long to make a sandwich. I barely got back in time to clock in. Very disappointed in the slow service and terrible attitude from the worker.

Great food and fast service.

For a sandwich shop, this is the best, in my opinion. The bread is always fresh, the meat and cheese is freshly sliced and their veggies are always delicious and fresh. The jimmy peppers are a great addition to the sandwich. Their pesto pasta salad is also very good. I eat them regularly and always enjoy. My favorite is #11, the beach club!!

Employees openly using the N word & refused me service. No explanation given.

I'll never go there again food was ok but service was awful I got a to go order and the guy couldn't even put in a bag Thundercoud is 100% better

I really like Jimmy John's but receiving a sandwich made correctly is difficult. My orders have been wrong 3 out of 5 times.
