Freaky Slow. Definitely not up to Jimmy John’s standards!

Freaky fast and delicious!

Do not come here if you are in a hurry, for a sandwich shop with a slogan, "Freaky Fast", they are surprisingly slow. 8 customers standing here waiting on a sandwich and every worker is watching one person fill a catering order or something, 15 minutes and I have not seen one person get a sandwich. They are not even acknowledging the crowd of us at the counter patiently waiting for the food we paid for. Do not recommend this location.

This location hours are never updated. Wasted my gas three times to reach a store that was closed by 4pm. Google says open until 9pm. Never enough staff to stay open properly.

Busy, full of respectable working men and women.

I placed a delivery order from the Jimmy John’s app only to be called 30 mins later and told they don’t deliver to my home anymore, which is 1.2 miles away from the store. Why offer delivery service if you won’t deliver a mile down the road?

I don't have any idea how some sandwich chains continue to exist when stellar establishments like this make great food with excellent service.
