First time sandwich wasn't fresh. Bread was hard. Meat was stuck together and lettuce was was brown. Sorely disappointed.
While driving through Newnan on a trip we ordered from this Jimmy John’s store through the app so that it would be ready when we arrived. We even double checked the hours on the web and on the app. When we arrived there store was closed. My money was not refunded within a few days so I called the store. They only offered for me to pickup my order or cash in person that day but since I do not live in Newnan that obviously wouldn’t work. I left my name for a manager to call me back but no one ever did. I eventually had to file a dispute with my credit card company which was just resolved in my favor. What a pain! I will be careful using the Jimmy John’s app with stores not immediately near my house in the future.

I usually really love Jimmy John's. I love that I can make any sub gluten-free. I'm not a huge fan of the signs that are apparently jokingly insulting to the customer, but it's probably because I'm in a customer service position in my job, and I just don't find it appropriate. Most people probably don't read the signs, so they probably don't care, but it's something I tend to pay attention to when I go anywhere. I always have. The food is almost always above average to excellent, and the service is extremely fast. I probably wouldn't choose to eat in, but I do appreciate that they're always coming out with new menu items, many of them gluten-free or with gluten-free options. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free. Any sandwich can be made as an "unwich," which is with a lettuce wrapping, and that makes it gluten-free for me. It's huge and can be difficult and messy to eat, but it's still great food, and the chips and are also gluten-free. I think the potato salad might be gluten-free, but I haven't checked yet.
It was definitely an off night for JJ on Friday before Labor Day. They ran out of lettuce, seemed uncoordinated and definitely wasn't freaky fast. They did not try and let us customize the sub and didn't even try and push a pickle or cookie. Not going back even after the discount for sans lettuce.
My wrap was ready less than 5 minutes. The entire team was polite and respectful. They were smiling and greeting.
