I came into Mishawaka from out of state to perform and cater my cousin’s memorial service. Called from out of state and worked with manager to put together my catering needs for 30-40 people. I said how important it was to have it ready by 10:00 and what it was for. Manager was great. Steered me to best options to meet my needs and save a little money. Staff was awesome having it ready on time and helping me load it into my truck. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Great service. I really appreciate you all. Truly was a bright spot on a tough day.
Employees are very quiet at this location. They do not engage with the customer.
Very Pleased!! Convenient location. Stopped in after I was done tanning. Nice place. The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. Happy team members, so it seems like a decent work environment. My order was a bit complicated but they managed well, and made it perfect. No complaints. Little to no wait time, and bread was super fresh and soft. Delicious 😋 I'm happy.
Subs so slow you’ll die waiting
Two hours for 3 sandwiches 🤦♀️
Honestly never leave reviews for food places but I was super greatly for the management staff James my 2 year old can't handle a big sandwich and he wad kind enough to okay with putting extra meatballs on my sandwich bur put them on the side for her to eat. Not only that the food was amazing! Will definitely recommend this location to friends and family
My delivery was delivered to the wrong address and that person brought me my order. I called and told the manager that I didn’t trust my food was safe and she didn’t care. I ordered from W McKinley JJ. I payed for food delivery and tip and can’t even eat my food
The young female? with the glasses and tattoos is pretty rude. Your typical introvert attitude. The manager should monitor the workers and give the younger generation feedback on how to acknowledge customers. This is a customer oriented place. I didn’t realize that lettuce came on the sandwich. I realized and just asked if she could dump the lettuce off (she/he/they/them/whatever) while they were still making it. They dumped it off, but gave no response. I told them I was sorry about that as I felt I upset them. Still no response. Handed me my sandwich and walked away. I don’t expect to have a full blown conversation with them, but at least respond. Is it that hard to do?
I’ll avoid this location from now on.
This was the second chance that everyone deserves. It says certified training store on the front and I’m not quite sure if it is supposed to mean they have good quality sandwiches or that trainees are making the food. We won’t return to this location.
The GM Alexis doesn’t know how to run her store. She’s a complete idiot along with her employee Lydia G. whose supposedly a manager in training. They both have very poor customer service , are very disrespectful & they both DO NOT deserve a manager position after the way they acted today.
Went into jimmy jonhs on McKinley, the lady with all the tattoos and piercings already had gloves on touching other things, i asked if she was gonna put clean gloves on and she refused to.
I go to this store at 8:22pm. This store has no sign on when they close. I checked Google it says close at 10pm. I go into the store nobody acknowledged me. So I walk to the counter and say are you guys closing? (Completely confused). The cashier answered with a sharp Yep, without even looking at me. As I turn away the 3 individuals murmur to themselves and Burst in laughter. I feel discriminated against, and completely disgusted with there behavior. If you CAN'T service everyone you shouldn't be employed there.
They are NOT freaky fast. I work less than a mile away from this location, occasionally I order lunch from them, I always put the order in AT LEAST an hour in advance, sometimes an hour and a half ... It usually does not arrive in time for me to eat it
The food is always fine, but when ordering online, it would often take over an hour to arrive. GPS says it takes 12 minutes to drive to my delivery location, so I’m not sure why it takes over an hour. If my lunch break was long enough for me to make the commute myself, I would, then they probably wouldn’t lose my business. That being said, I can only skip my lunch break so many times waiting on Jimmy John’s to finally show up. So much for freaky fast.
