Please train your employees to actually greet your customers when they pull up to the drive-thru speaker. I waited minutes before saying hello, wondering if it was broken. The cashier slowly got around to taking my order and didn't give me my total. When I pulled up, I should have been greeted instead of just my total. I've worked fast food for years, so I'm really disappointed with the lack of customer service. It doesn't even have to be on the same level as Chick-fil-A, but at least get the basics.
