Don’t eat here. Kids working here lie about closing time. Poor management.

This place needs better management or just needs to be shut down. They post false hours. Closes before the posted closing time.

Food was good but the Freaky fast motto must be a thing of the past

They have no drive through. You have to go there and walk in and pick up in a tiny crowded parking lot full customers at other restaurants (if you can find a spot). No one wants to deal with that. And they do not deliver even 2 miles away. Why does this location exist? In 4 states this is the worst JJs I've seen.

Have tried to order so called Freaky Fast delivery on several occasions only to be told we are not delivering. This evening was the latest instance. What a joke!

It's Jimmy John's!!! Do I really need to say anything else? I have loved JJ's from the time there was only 1 store in Westport!!!

Great food and service with a good location only wish they had a drive-thru like other locations. Vegetarian options: It's a sandwich shop, and it's straightforward to order vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: Easy to customize order to fit within your dietary needs. Parking: Depending on the time of day, parking can become a challenge due to the lot being shared with multiple other businesses.
