If you are ordering during lunch, plan to wait about an hour for your food to arrive. Edit: Decided to give this location another chance. Was surprised they actually delivered somewhat on time, late but not as bad as last time. The item I ordered still contained the ingredients I requested to not be included, and it looks like some of the main ingredient were substituted for others... Don't bother with this location

The GM at this location is terrible!!! He needs to be fired.

The Owner or Manager is very Rude! I am Disabled and I ask every time to please cut the sandwiches in half, so once again I called to say that I requested that the sandwiches be cut in half and he hung up on me, now this isn’t the first time last time I ordered and called him about it he yelled at me and hung up! Dude if you are not happy with your job then Quit! Because you make other people who have always enjoyed going to Jimmy John’s on Main st. in Lewisville unhappy.
