Jimmy John's

This location constantly messes up orders; delay in delivery; and now is outsourcing deliveries to Uber. Which isn’t doing contactless delivery! I am very upset with there services! Never had any troubles with any other location besides this one! So disappointing!

I placed an order for lunch at 11:20am. I didn’t get my order until 12:46. My lunch ends at 12:45.

Delivery was fast my sub is good only problem was the forgot my cucumbers on my sub and had more lettuce on my sons sub then anything else other then that it’s good I wouldn’t do delivery I would go in the store to make sure it’s correct

Always well staffed, good service, great sandwiches.

The only good thing about this location is the food. Delivery speed has gone down hill. Waited over a half an hour, when in the past, my order would arrive within five minutes of placing the order. Honestly, I think dince Milio's left town, they've become complacent.

I cant even give a rating the food took over 45 mins and we live right down the street. We also asked for the sandwich to be cut in half and it wasn't.

An hour wait, not so freaky fast.

I ordered a Big John add avocado for lunch and when it arrived there was no meat in the sandwich. I called the store and they offered to remake and send the new one out. I waited an additional 45 min and still no sub. I called again and a different person answered. I explained the situation and he acted as though he couldn't believe they'd deliver a sandwich with no meat. I just requested a refund for it and he seemed reluctant, but said he will refund me. I'm skeptical if I'll actually see that refund and I don't think I'll be ordering from that store again.

I waited over an hour for two sandwiches to be delivered. I’m a mile from the store. The tracker said it was done 35 minutes before it was delivered. I could have ordered from Beloit and have had it by now. Called the store twice. Was told they only have one driver and it is what it is. Pretty pathetic honestly.

I ordered 2 sandwiches, they were "out for delivery" for 30 minutes. They took over an hour to be delivered. This store is 2 minutes from my house. This Jimmy John's is consistently slow.

I'm enjoying ordering to sandwich to go with lunch and highly recommend.

I ordered one of the new salads to go. The Baja Chicken. I asked for another dressing and was charged. I also asked for a water cup because this salad is spicy and they charged me. I told them to keep the cup. I understand the paying for the extra dressing but the water cup is ridiculous. I paid for my food and even tipped them and they wanted to charge me for a cup. I eat at this location weekly and now think I'll take my money elsewhere. .

I had ordered food. Once it was delivered it was the wrong order. I called the store & I spoke with the general manager. He was very rude. I asked for a refund back. He said "Yeah" & hung up on me. I don't know if I will really get that refund back. I will be contacting the BBB about this if it's not resolved.

I sure love me some Jimmy John's!!
