Jimmy John's

I had never been to a Jimmy Johns before, but my Grandson's love it, so I've been there a few times now, and everyone is so nice there!!

Order never delivered. And of course the number doesn't work.

I’m usually very lenient with food service because I worked in the service industry for a long time but after 2 years I have to give thoughts on this JJs location. I love jimmy John’s, I get it about twice a month and for two years this Hilliard location is batting about .300 on giving me correct orders. When my order is correct, the bread is underdone and doughy, the sub is assembled lazily, etc. I love jimmy johns but I hate this location, they really need to get it together.

Update, I reached out as asked nobody ever got back to me. Continued to order from here and it has gotten worse. 3 slices of turkey on a sandwich... I am moving on to Jersey Mike's no delivery but quality food. Ordered at 1pm, Out for delivery at 230 Arrived at 3 My lunch break was long over. Nothing freaky fast here. Also delivery was disabled for multiple days this week. Time to find a new lunch. Increased delivery fee to $6 It now cost $20 for me to have Jimmy John's for lunch. Last year it cost $12. I'm done. This franchise doesn't reach out to customers. Read the reviews the owner never follows up with a complaint and jimmy John's allows this.

My sandwich was thrown together, just so sloppy! It’s just too expensive to receive a sloppy sandwich. Tighten up!

I went through the drive through yesterday for lunch. I ordered the usual. I was then asked if I wanted half ice in my tea. I said no. I asked for a foot long Turkey. She then asked my what I wanted to drink. I also asked for 4 sweeteners. She said they didn't have sweeteners. Then someone corrected her and she admitted they did. I knew they did because I am there once a week. When I got to the window she told my my bill was 21.00. I asked why . She told I added extra cheese. UGH. then told me they do not sell foot long subs. Nobody told me that. I won't be back.

I've always loved jimmy johns and my sandwich was really good as usual!

Do not come for lunch. Your break will literally be over before you get your food
