One of the worst run businesses I’ve ver experienced. I’ve called for delivery around a dozen times in a couple years, and have successfully ordered food twice. Either they don’t have a driver or just don’t answer.
I went in like 20 minutes before closing, and Jessie was the only one there, let me just say she deserves a raise 100% I asked her to make me whatever sandwich she wanted since I couldn’t make a choice and she made me the best sandwich I’ve ever had from jimmy John’s, super kind and caring. Thank you Jessie!
Almost everytime I order for delivery from this store, now matter the time of day, my order gets canceled. No notification, nothing, it just doesn't get delivered. If your store is this busy, and you don't have enough driver, don't have delivery as an option.
We appreciate your sign “the world is short staffed, please be patient with the people that showed up.” We can certainly be mindful of that, but in return, have your staff take their AirPods out of their ears so they can hear our order correctly and therefore make the correct sandwiches. All three employees with the exception of the person cutting meats at slicer had them in. Butchered the unwhich we ordered. So please be patient with customers asking for a realistic expectation of service. We were literally the only people in line at the time so we can’t accept the busy mistakes excuse.
Had to call the store about 45 minutes after I ordered. Delivery driver wasn’t coming in until later that day, which is fine. But no phone call or let me know so I’m waiting for almost an hour. If you fall behind and forget to call, own up to it, I can forgive that. But lying saying that you tried to call when we live in an age where I can quickly check my phone for any missed phone calls or voicemails is ridiculous. Sorry, we messed up but ultimately it’s your fault because I “tried to call.”
