This Jimmy John's location in Brunswick, Ohio is a good one! Staff here is very nice, restaurant is clean, and they are quick to make your sub! We have never had a issue with this location overall.

The food I order for my family was an absolute joke. This was supposed to be the new sandwich the BBQ Ranch Chicken Crunch. It had frozen chicken on the sandwich. The bread was so hard we couldn't eat it. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I have eaten Jimmy Johns many times in the past. Never had an issue. Also managment could careless.

Love going into grab sandwiches and the girl taking orders won't stop yawning Maybe get some sleep or find a more exciting job then standing there yawning over and over as I'm ordering

I mistakenly made my sandwich platter order for the wrong day and was in a panic when I went to pick it up and realized that. They instantly said no problem just give us a few mins, and made it right then and there for me. Thank you for showing that great customer service and kindness still exists!!

Jimmy Johns in Brunswick is the best store I’ve been in and I go to many locations the crew in Brunswick is amazing always a well prepared sandwich Jim Naso
